How We Work With Candidates
Cube Management is not a traditional “Headhunter” type of recruiting firm. We work with national companies that pay us a fee to find them outstanding candidates to fill their open job requirements. We do not market candidates to companies in the blind hoping that one of them will agree to an interview. Instead we market and contract with companies that have a specific need. We then post these positions on our Job Listing Page for candidates to review and apply to.
