Our Client is a leading Global Provider of Technology Solutions for Background Check, Screening and Verification Software & Services related to Enterprise HR/HCM Enterprises w/ over 4000+ employees. They offer a comprehensive suite of Talent Acquisition Solutions and Technology to their customers that allows them to Hire Smarter and On-Board Faster!

They are looking for Account Executives with (2-5+) years of successful consultative Software space. They want proven AE’s who have the Energy, Drive & History of making ($750-$1M) Quotas and can get promoted in (2) years or less!

If you have been successful (Top 25%) selling into Enterprise-Sized Businesses (4000+ Employees & Up) for companies like UKG, Ceridian, BambooHR, HireRight, Sterling, Accurate, Checkr, etc. or their competitors, we would like to speak with you!

Average Deal: ($30K-$50K), Sales Cycle: (30-60 Days). Must live in the West (AZ, CA, CO, OR, UT, WA) to be considered.

What You Have:

  • 2-5+ years of successful sales experience in the Background Check, Screening & Verifications Software Space
  • Consistent Record of Exceeding Quota ($750K-$1M).
  • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
  • Sales experience in the Enterprise (4000+ Employees) is a BIG plus +!
  • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with Enterprise C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
  • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals, and Manage RFP’s.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Work Via a Solution Selling Methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Big Plus plus.
  • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
  • 4-Year College Degree.
  • Personable, Fun to be Around, Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 – DOE

Total Compensation: $180,000.00 – $200,000.00 (No Cap) + Bonuses + Promotions + Great Benefits Package + Full Expenses

Locations: Western Area (AZ, CA, CO, OR, UT, WA – Virtual, Home Office Role)

Relocation: Not Applicable

Openings: Multiple (Due to Growth)

Travel: 20%
