Account Executive – Big Pharma Enterprise Software (SCM, ERP, CRM, CX, HR) – NJ – 27726760

Our Client is a leader selling Enterprise Software (SCM, ERP, CRM, CX, HR, etc.) into the Big Pharma Vertical. They are looking for a Senior Account Executive in New Jersey who has (3-5+) years experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions into the Pharmaceutical space.

You will be selling Enterprise Software: Order and Demand Fulfillment, Inventory Performance, Source to Manufacture, Logistics & Distribution, Sustainability, Quality & Compliance and Supply & Demand Planning Digital Customer Experience into (30-40) of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world!

The Keys to be considered for this position are: 1) You must have sold Enterprise SaaS into Big Pharma, 2) live in New Jersey (preferably North or Central NJ), 3) Have successfully exceeded $1M Annual Quotas and 4). 4-year College Degree!

What You Have:

  • MUST HAVE (3-5+) Years of Successful Experience Selling Enterprise SaaS into Big Pharma!
  • Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $1M neighborhood.
  • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
  • SaaS Sales experience into Big Pharma is a MUST!
  • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
  • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
  • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
  • 4-year College Degree.
  • Personable, Fun to be Around & Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00 (DOE)

Total Compensation: $300,000.00 – $360,000.00+ (No Cap) + Bonuses + Great Vacation Plan + Full Benefits + Upward Mobility + All Expenses

Locations: New Jersey (preferably North or Central NJ)

Relocation: (Maybe)

Openings: (1) (Due to Promotion)

Travel: Minimal (1020% to see Clients & Attend Trade Shows)
