Our Client is looking for (2) exceptional Account Executives in the Northeast (New York, NJ, CT or MA) & Midwest (Chicago to Dallas) with an entrepreneurial spirit to be an integral part of their sales team in the US.

The successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience selling Call Center / CCaaS Software and making north of $250K!. You must have successfully sold Call Center / CCaaS Software to be considered!

The Client likes people who are making $250K+ with companies like 8×8, Five9, Genesys, NICE Systems, RingCentral, ZenDesk, Verint, Convergys, Talkdesk, Collabrio or their competitors, in their background! Top AE’s make $1M+!

Locations: (1) Opening in Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, MA) & (1) Opening in Midwest ( OH, MI, IN, IL, MN, WI, KY, MO, KS, TX)

Position Overview:

The Account Executive will manage a Geographic Territory exceeding an annual $1.2M-$1.4M quota with the help of a Strong Support Team!

You will also provide accurate business forecasts, professionally represent the company w/ your clients and maintain a high level of satisfaction with Peers, Customers and Partners. Account Executives play a Key Role in our company!

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the annual $1.2M-$1.4M revenue target for your Territory.
  • Help your Team and insure everyone professionally represents the company.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Help your Team maintain every customer as a reference account.
  • Help your Team establish the company throughout your Territory.
  • Help your Team to prospect, qualify and close sales opportunities to your Fortune 1000 prospects.
  • Provide regular insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good Teammate. Support your Team in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a track record of exceeding that exceeded $1M quotas!
  • 3-5 years of experience selling Call Center / CCaaS Software Solutions to Fortune 1000 Accounts.
  • Ability to help your Team present and communicate with all levels of the customer – Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal, Written and Presentation Skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Experience selling Call Center / CCaaS Software is a must.
  • Competitive Nature, Loves to Win.
  • Personable, Fun to be Around, Doesn’t Take Themselves too Seriously!

Base Salary: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $240,000.00 – $260,000.00 (NO Cap) + Aggressive Accelerators (top people making $1M) + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility

Locations: (1) Opening in Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, MA) & (1) Opening in Midwest ( OH, MI, IN, IL, MN, WI, KY, MO, KS, TX)

Travel: 20% in your Territory – most travel (1) day trips + Car Expenses Reimbursed
