They are looking for Senior Sales Executives w/ 5-20+ years of successful, consultative sales experience in a best-in-class, progressive HR/HCM, BPO or Technology-Based Software Solution. They want proven performers who can manage the Sales Process, Close Big Deals and have the Energy & Drive to make high 6-Figure or 7-Figure incomes! Top Enterprise Reps today are making $500K-$1M.

If you have been successful (Top 25%) selling for Enterprise Software companies like HireRight, Sterling, Accurate, Checkr, Oracle, SAP, Workday, UKG, Ceridian, BambooHR, CareerBuilder, Asure, isolved, etc. or their competitors, we would like to speak with you!

What You Have:

  • 5-20+ years of successful experience in HR/HCM Software, Enterprise Software or ITO/Consulting Services Sales.
  • Consistent Record of Exceeding Quota.
  • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
  • Sales experience in the Enterprise Market (Fortune 1000)! Experience selling into the BankingBusiness ServicesHealthcareRetailStaffing or Transportation Verticals is also a +!
  • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives, Negotiate, and Close business.
  • Able to write Concise, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Big +.
  • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
  • College Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Experience.
  • Personable, Fun to be Around, Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 – (DOE)

Total Compensation: $275,000.00 – $285,000.00  – (No Cap) + Stock Purchase Plan  + Bonuses + Promotions + Great Benefits Package + Full Expenses

Locations: Virtual, Home Office Role

Openings: Multiple (Due to Growth)

Travel: When we get back to normal, 10%-20% and most are day trips, very few overnights.
