They are looking for Inside Sales Reps ($70K-$80K Base (DOE), $150K-$180K OTE, No Cap) w/ (2-3+) years of successful ISS Experience in a best-in-class, progressive HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software space. They want top performers who have the energy, drive & “fire in their belly” to blow away their #’s! Top ISS Reps today are making $250K+!

If you have been a successful ISS Rep selling into Small / Medium-Sized Business for companies like Paradox, Workstream, iCIMS, Harri, Clear Company, Snagajob, People Matter, Fourth, Greenhouse, ADP, Paycor, Paycom, Paychex, Paylocity, HireRight,  Ceridian/Dayforce, Taleo, HigherMe, Checkr, GoodHire, Accurate, etc., we would like to speak with you!

You will sell to companies with 200 employees to approximately 5000 employees (Talent Management Solutions for all stages of the Employee Lifecycle). This job is primarily an Inbound Model. You will also need to be able also to drive your own leads from Closed, Lost or Prospect Accounts. The contracts for these deals will be $15K to $180K+ annually.

What You Have:

  • YOU HAVE (2-3+) years of successful ISS experience in the HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software Space.
  • Consistent Record of Exceeding Annual Quotas in the $500K neighborhood.
  • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
  • ¬†Sales experience in the Small/Medium Market is a BIG plus!
  • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
  • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
  • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
  • College Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Experience.
  • Personable, Fun to be Around & Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 (DOE)
