Our 30 year-old Client, based in the USA is a SaaS based HR/HCM SaaS Solutions provider that also specializes in Diversity & Compliance SaaS solutions.

They help companies implement HR/HCM, Compliance & Diversity SaaS as a Business Strategy by giving them the tools & knowledge they need to change how they approach Talent Acquisition & Management.

The company has 5000+ Customers, 16,000 Community Partner Relationships and posts nearly 6M annually through it’s 600+ Online Employment Websites. Fortune 500 clients include: Google, Yahoo, AllState, Mobil, Chevron, Ford, Starbucks, Prudential, GM, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, + thousands more Medium & Large companies!

They are looking for multiple, virtual Senior Inside Sales Reps ($75K-$85K Base (DOE), $150K-$200K OTE, No Cap) w/ 4-7+ years of successful, consultative SaaS Inside Sales experience, who can create their own pipeline and get their own leads. They would like candidates who have sold a SaaS offering and prefer those who have sold HR/HCM, Payroll, Background Check Software and have a 4-year college degree.

You can live anywhere in the US and will be selling to HR Department Heads of companies with 500-5000 employees! Our Client wants top performers who have the energy, drive & “fire in their belly” to blow away their #’s! Top ISS Reps today are making $250K&Up!

If you have been a successful ISS Rep selling SaaS into the Medium-sized Business Market for companies like ADP, Paycom, HireRight, Checkr, GoodHire, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Broadbean Technology, eQuest Solutions, LinkedIn, Ladders, GlassDoor, CareerBuilder, Snagajob, SimplyHired, etc. or their competitors, we would like to speak with you! You need to have SaaS Inside Sales experience to be considered.

What You Have:

  • MUST HAVE 4-7+ years of successful Inside Sales (ISS) experience, selling a SaaS offering.
  • Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $500K-$600K neighborhood.
  • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career. Experience selling HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software is a plus.
  • ISS experience in the Medium/Large Market (500-5000+ employees) is a +!
  • A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
  • Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
  • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills. Looking for ISS candidates who have sold SaaS Software.
  • Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
  • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
  • College Degree (preferred).
  • Personable, Fun to be Around & Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously!

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 (DOE)

Total Compensation: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 (No Cap) + Bonuses + Unlimited Vacation + Promotions + Great Benefits + Expenses
