Territory Sales Manager – Air Filtration – Healthcare – 27712012
Our client is the leading filtration distributor in the Midwest, having grown 75% in the past 5 years. They have opened 2 new locations in the past 3 years, and has aggressive growth plans to open 3 more in the next 3 years. This person will join a team made up of motivated, passionate, energetic, and team-oriented individuals, who have positioned this company at the top of a demanding market.
Due to current market forces, the air filtration market is expected to grow exponentially over the next 5 years and the success of this sales leader will determine how fast they can grow.
The company has a strong differentiation statement that separates them from their competition.
As a Healthcare Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company products and services within the healthcare industry. The company philosophy emphasizes value-driven sales, focusing on cost/benefit analysis and consultative approaches. Your primary market will be St. Louis Metro area Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities
Responsibilities
- Regular visits with current and potential customers, working with salespeople, customer service, general managers to train, drive business, make introductions and keep the company top of mind.
- Survey current and potential end-user facilities with the company point-of-contact or as directed by the customer.
- Maintain ongoing discussions with hospitals around inventory, new products, new projects on the horizon, new employees needing training and coaching, as well as challenging the company to continually leverage the company brand, value and expertise.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts that allow the company’s core value to share with customers and create strong alliances to the company strengths.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
- Secure purchase orders and commitments to buy from current and potential customers
- Regular contact, e.g. phone or email, with current and potential customers
- Identify sales prospects
- Follow up on new leads and referrals
- Share leads with the company Territory Sales Managers when the lead is outside of the target markets of the position.
- Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Maintain contact databases
- Regular communication with direct supervisor and the company staff
Requirements and Success Criteria:
- 4 – 5+ years Outside Sales Experience with documented consistent success
- CRM Experience
- Track Record of Success
- Initiative, drive, patience, and persistence, the Will to Succeed…GRIT
Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 – Depends on your Experience
Total Earnings: $115,000.00 – 120,000.00
Base City: St Louis, MO
