Our client is a Chicago-based, long established provider of industrial filtration products for nearly every industrial application such as air, water, oil, gas, etc. Selling a wide range of filtration products, as well as installation and services, this company is growing and looking to add additional sales professionals

From the Willis Tower to Boeing to hospitals to museums, manufacturing, sports stadiums, medical and pharma manufacturing, their products protect the health and safety of employees/patients and help maintain the high quality of every product made and every person in a facility.

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Managers to manage three already thriving territories, as well as seek out new business to increase market share. If you have the sales disciplines to want to earn more money, develop a career track and maintain a work/life balance, this maybe worth exploring. Known for their strong sales training commitment and mentorship approach, this opportunity may be a great way to leverage your skills to the next level of income and lifestyle.


  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience selling a product or services
  • Anyone with outside sales experience in the following industries; food service, tools, screws, etc..
  • Documented success and a desire to expand sales in a territory
  • Evidence of a personal philosophy and pursuit of professional development, i.e. sales training, negotiations, business skills/communication skills, etc.
  • Ability to drive and manage local area territory
  • Writing skills and communication skills related to writing contracts, proposals, sales presentations, follow-up emails, etc.
  • Experience working in a salary, commission-based compensation plan with quotas and incentive plans for achievement.
  • Interest in and a reasonable mechanical aptitude to allow a better understanding of selling a technical product service.
  • An interest in earning over 100k per year.
  • Examples of your sales approach and methods around how you discipline your sales energy.

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $115,000.00 – $120,000.00  + Full Benefits Package + All Expenses + Upward Mobility

Locations:  Chicago, IL. – and – South Burbs, IL.

Relocation:  No

Travel: 10%
