Heather Winters uses her outstanding social media networking and administrative skills to increase the effectiveness of the Cube Management recruiting team.  Heather has honed her  ability to source candidates, post positions and screen applicants in a variety of industries and for all levels and job functions.  In today’s competitive recruiting marketplace, it is critical that companies have a strong social media and job board presence.  Heather ensures that Cube Management’s online identity is second to none.

Prior to joining Cube Management Heather worked as a Front Office person for Metropolitan Pediatrics. She was responsible for handling the inter-office communications, telephones, mail routing, Customer interfacing, and client clients communications.

From 2004 – to 2010 Heather served as the Receptionist/Patient Scheduling/Insurance Processing person for Healthtouch Chiropractic in Portland Or.  Her duties included; managing a multi-line phone system, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and pre-authorizations, payment posting, electronic scanning of patient records, daily close out, cash management, supplement sales, providing excellent customer service, multi-tasking with various tasks, reminder calls for patient appointments.

From 1996 to 2004, Heather was a Customer Service Ticket Agent for  Delta Airlines.  Delta Air Lines, the world’s No. 1 airline, serves more than 160 million passengers each year. Delta employs more than 70,000 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of nearly 800 aircraft.

Heather was responsible for customer and baggage check-in, seat assignments and changes, ticket purchases and/or related issues, upgrades, booking reservations, check-in of unaccompanied minors and fees, pet check-in and applicable fees, sales of kennels and firearm cases, general customer service and communication to all passengers including advising of rules/regulations/policies for Delta Airlines and instructions of security procedures.

Heather attended Idaho State University, studying business management and marketing.
